1. No Refunds After Consultation

Virtual consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has started or been completed. All sales are final for services rendered.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not receive a refund but may receive account credit for future visits (at provider discretion).

  • No-Shows: Patients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior cancellation will forfeit the full appointment fee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under these conditions:

  • Cancellation requested 24+ hours before appointment

  • Technical issues preventing consultation (verified by provider)

  • Duplicate bookings for the same appointment time

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add additional days.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Completed virtual consultations

  • No-show appointments

  • Cancellations within 24 hours

  • Prescription processing fees

  • Superbill generation fees

6. Membership Plans

Monthly membership plans ($75/month) are non-refundable after the first month. Monthly billing continues until cancelled.

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@advancetelehealth.telehealthpractices.com with your booking confirmation number

  2. Include reason for cancellation request

  3. Allow 2 business days for review

8. Disputes

Any refund disputes will be handled case-by-case based on appointment records and cancellation policy compliance. All final decisions are at the discretion of Juliana Iizuka, FNP.

9. Changes to Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with the updated effective date.
